My fav way to break a sweat is in the bath. An Epsom Salt Bath or Magnesium Mineral bath can be drawn several times a week in warm water (not too hot, for safety).

Take advantage of the relaxation that Epsom salt baths offer too.

Something that feels great, is stress relieving and has a host of health benefits – Win/Win/Win!
