Do You Need An After Dinner Treat?

I think just about every 1:1 client I have & every person that goes through my programs HAS to have that after dinner treat!

I’m not even sure if it’s just a habit or we just need something sweet after a big meal that doesn’t usually have any sweet elements to it but

AFTER DINNER TREATS IS A THING!

So it would make a big difference to your sleep & overall health if they weren’t loaded with sugar!

Cherry nicecream in 2 minutes!

2 frozen bananas (I’m always popping broken up bananas in bags in the freezer)

1 cup frozen cherries

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 drop doterras ginger oil (or grate a small amount in)

Blend & enjoy!

PRO TIP- blend before kids go to bed as it’s loud and the key is also not letting them see it because it’s damn good & they love it 😋
